The free Sankey diagram maker
Type where the amounts flow, and the Sankey diagram draws itself. No code, no signup, no software to install.
SankeyCharts.app is the free, no-signup Sankey diagram maker. Type each node once, say where it flows and how much, or paste a source, target, value list from Excel, and the Sankey diagram draws and balances itself: bands sized by amount, columns laid out automatically, no code. Downloads come with a free QueryChart account, and cloud save, sharing, and version history live in QueryChart, the platform it is built on.
How it works
One row per node. Columns set the node's name, the nodes it flows to, and how much goes to each; a group colours related nodes and a stage titles its column. Paste a source, target, value list from Excel, Google Sheets or a CSV export and the diagram assembles itself. Every band is sized by its amount, and any node whose inflow and outflow differ is flagged. Your work saves in your browser; a free QueryChart account downloads it as a PNG.
